Erin L. Wiseman has a general civil practice that includes Missouri Sales and Use Tax, Family Law, Municipality Representation, and Business Law. Erin handles matters in front of the Administrative Hearing Commission and various Circuit Courts throughout Missouri, practicing Divorce, Paternity, Child Custody, Child Support, Modifications, Traffic matters, property and general business Litigation. Erin is a member of Zonta, Downtown Rotary, American Legion Auxiliary, Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, Cole County Bar Association, and Missouri Bar. Erin is an alumni of the Jefferson City Jaycees and the Inns of Court. She was also a council woman for the City of Jefferson, representing the 3rd Ward from April 2016 until April 2024.
