The Missouri Bar Association recently launched a new web site to help ensure that the public has access to certain legal resources.

The website www.MissouriLawyersHelp.org is “devoted exclusively to the legal information needs of the general public.  The new site provides a variety of resources and services to the citizens of Missouri, such as information on how to find an attorney or download one of The Missouri Bar’s 50-plus publications on topics ranging from family law to living wills. The website also offers citizenship education publications, resources and services to help educators more effectively teach their students about the law, the legal system and the courts. Legal resources, lesson plans, events and more can be found on the new website, all with the goal of helping Missourians gain a better understanding of how the law impacts their daily lives. In addition, the new public website is responsive in design, making it easily adaptable to one’s phone or tablet.” (The Missouri Bar Dialogue, Fall 2014)
