Zonta is an international women’s organization of professional women that empowers and worldwide through service and advocacy. The Yellow Rose Luncheon is unique to Jefferson City in that it raises money for the Second Chance Scholarship Fund for women who have not taken a traditional educational route, are returning for their education, and can demonstrate a need.
